Move a catalog between environments

Settings → Catalog transfer moves your catalog between environments as a file: products, the feature catalog, monitored assets, suites, plans, add-ons, entitlement offers and rating campaigns. The typical use is promoting a modeled catalog from a sandbox environment to production. (Admin)

Export

Export the whole catalog, whole sections, or a selection of individual items. Whatever you pick, its dependencies travel with it — export an add-on, and the suite, plans, products and features it depends on are pulled in automatically.

Compare before you import

On the target environment, load the file and compare it first: the page shows, field by field, what the import would create and what it would change against what’s already there. Review the comparison before applying anything.

Import

Import is selective — choose which items from the file to apply — with a create/update mode per item: create what doesn’t exist, update what does. Import is additive: it never deletes local items, so anything in the target environment that isn’t in the file is left alone.
