None of them asks anything of you. Mirage is the one running on a real license: it hands your browser its own short-lived one and the studio starts working, so every quota, credit and locked capability on its screen is the platform’s own answer, made in real time against your own entitlement. Create an account when you want a full allowance. The other three simulate their licensing in the browser.
